## Why Sincerely exists

Outbound email became nearly free, and inboxes filled with sequences nobody remembered asking for. Physical mail went the other way. There was less of it, but the tools for producing a careful B2B campaign still felt like a chain of spreadsheets, designers, printers, and tracking links.

Sincerely exists to make that chain manageable and to find out whether the result justified the postage. An audience can come from Salesforce, HubSpot, a CSV, or a description of the businesses worth finding. CRM context and sourced account research shape the draft for each recipient. Established mail partners do the printing; Sincerely keeps the campaign, approvals, and evidence together.

That workflow only matters if the measurement can separate a campaign effect from convenient credit assignment.

## Our position on measurement

Many direct mail and gifting platforms report influenced pipeline. That tells you which opportunities had some contact with a campaign. It does not establish that the campaign caused the outcome.

Sincerely uses account-level holdouts and reports lift with confidence intervals. When the available evidence misses the statistical bar, we say the result is "not proven yet". We do not turn an uncertain result into a claim of success, and we do not treat it as proof of no effect.

Published studies examine B2B mail response and consumer sales, but they do not give your campaign a dependable revenue-lift estimate. ## What the product will not do

Sincerely will not print a piece or spend money until a person accepts the action. An agent can prepare work, but it cannot remove that confirmation gate.

When a recipient asks to be suppressed, Sincerely suppresses that recipient immediately and globally. The request is not limited to one campaign.

The product will not quote a capability it cannot fulfil. The gift catalog is live in the United States and Canada. Every order keeps the approved note, verified address, frozen all-in price, and tracking together.
