# The best Postal alternatives

> Four Postal alternatives organized by why you are switching, with honest caveats, public pricing where it exists, and the case for staying put.

The best Postal alternative depends on why you are leaving. If you want gifting with a different vendor, look at Sendoso or Reachdesk. If you only ever used Postal for mail and resent paying for a gift marketplace, look at Postalytics for volume mail or Sincerely for personalized outbound mail with real measurement. There is no single winner, so this page sorts the options by the problem that made you search.

Postal sells gifting, direct mail, and swag in one platform. It does not publish prices: as of August 2026 its [pricing page](https://www.postal.com/pricing) names one plan, First Class, lists features, and shows no dollar amount, so you talk to sales. That model works well for some teams and poorly for others, and the mismatch usually falls into one of the buckets below.

## If you want gifting, just not from Postal

You like the model. Marketplace gifts, swag, budgets per rep. You just want a different vendor, better support, or better international coverage.

### Sendoso

Sendoso is the largest gifting platform: a big marketplace, Amazon integration, warehousing for your swag, and deep integrations with Salesforce and the major sales engagement tools. It is built for mid-market and enterprise revenue teams that send gifts at scale. Note that Sendoso acquired Postal in May 2025, so this move keeps you inside the same company.

- Who it is for: teams committed to gifting as a channel, with the volume and budget to justify a platform contract.
- Honest caveat: pricing is not published. As of August 2026 its [pricing page](https://www.sendoso.com/pricing) shows four tiers and no numbers, so the platform fee arrives with the quote, before any gift spend. See our full [Sendoso comparison](https://trysincerely.com/vs/sendoso).

### Reachdesk

Reachdesk competes head to head with Sendoso and is strongest internationally. Warehouses in Europe and beyond make cross-border gifting and swag far less painful than shipping everything from the US.

- Who it is for: global teams, especially with heavy EMEA gifting, that want per-recipient landed sends without customs surprises.
- Honest caveat: as of August 2026 its [pricing page](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) says plans start at $20,000 per year, with the real number quoted by sales, so it makes little sense below meaningful volume. See our [Reachdesk comparison](https://trysincerely.com/vs/reachdesk).

## If you only need mail, not a gift marketplace

This is the most common reason to leave Postal. You sent postcards and letters, ignored the marketplace, and paid gifting-platform prices for printing.

### Postalytics

Postalytics is direct mail automation for marketers: templates, triggered drip campaigns, tracking through QR codes and personalized URLs, and an API. As of August 2026 its [published pricing](https://www.postalytics.com/pricing/) starts at a free plan with pay-per-piece rates around $1.05 to $1.71, a $199 per month Marketer plan, and a $399 per month Pro plan with the best per-piece rates.

- Who it is for: marketing teams running list-based campaigns at volume, where every recipient gets the same template with merge fields.
- Honest caveat: personalization is mail merge, not writing. Nobody researches the account or drafts a distinct message per recipient, and measurement is response tracking rather than incrementality.

### Sincerely

[Sincerely](https://trysincerely.com/) is direct mail for B2B outbound. Audiences sync from Salesforce, HubSpot, or CSV, or Sincerely finds businesses and verified addresses from a description of your ideal customer. Every postcard, letter, or handwritten note is written for one recipient from CRM context and researched account facts, and a human approves everything before it prints. Campaigns lock a holdout at launch and report lift with confidence intervals, so you learn whether mail worked, not just who scanned a QR code.

- Who it is for: outbound and ABM teams that want mail to read like a rep wrote it, and want [measurement](https://trysincerely.com/measurement) that survives scrutiny.
- Honest caveat: formats today are 4x6 and 6x9 postcards, letters, and handwritten notes to US addresses, fulfilled by Handwrytten and priced per card on your plan. No gifts and no swag. [Pricing](https://trysincerely.com/pricing) is public: a $199 one-time pilot for 100 pieces, then plans from $250 per month with no per-seat fees.

## If measurement is why you are leaving

Gifting platforms attribute pipeline by touch: a gift went out, a meeting happened, the gift gets credit. If your finance team stopped accepting that, you need holdouts. Postalytics gives you response tracking. Sincerely is the only option here that builds account-level [holdout testing](https://trysincerely.com/holdout-testing) into every campaign. If proving incrementality is the whole point, that narrows the field to one.

## When staying with Postal is the better choice

Switching costs are real, so be honest about whether you should. Stay with Postal if:

- Gifting and swag are your core motion. Postal's marketplace, swag store, and warehousing are the product. None of the mail-first alternatives replace that, and Sincerely does not try. Our [gifting platforms page](https://trysincerely.com/vs-gifting-platforms) covers this tradeoff in depth.
- Your reps live in the send-a-gift workflow and adoption is healthy. Retraining a sales team to save $10,000 a year is usually a bad trade.
- You need one vendor for events, swag, and mail together. Splitting across two tools adds overhead that a small ops team may not want.

Leave when you are paying for a marketplace you do not use, or when "we sent a gift and they booked a meeting" stops counting as proof.

Pick the tool that kills your actual problem: Sendoso or Reachdesk for gifting at scale, Postalytics for volume mail, Sincerely for outbound mail you can prove worked.
