# The best Sendoso alternatives

> Sendoso alternatives sorted by why you are leaving, cost, gifting you do not need, or measurement doubts, with an honest fit and caveat for each.

Source: https://trysincerely.com/alternatives/sendoso

The best Sendoso alternative depends on why you are leaving. If the platform fee is the problem, look at Postalytics or Sincerely, which both publish prices, or get a second gifting quote from Postal. If you bought a gifting platform but only send mail, look at Postalytics, Handwrytten, or Sincerely. If you cannot prove the program works, look at Sincerely, or run a holdout test before you spend another dollar anywhere.

Sendoso does not publish pricing; you talk to sales. As of August 2026 its [pricing page](https://www.sendoso.com/pricing) lists four tiers, Starter through Enterprise, with no price on any of them. The platform fee you negotiate, paid before you buy a single gift, is what most switchers are running from.

Here are the alternatives, grouped by the reason you are leaving.

## If you are leaving over cost

### Postal

Postal is the closest like-for-like swap: gifts, swag, events, and direct mail in one platform, and it is the usual second quote when a Sendoso renewal lands.

- Who it is for: teams that want the full gifting playbook from a different vendor.
- Honest caveat: Postal does not publish prices either, so nobody can promise it is cheaper until both quotes arrive. Sendoso also acquired Postal in May 2025, so the second quote may come from the same company. See [our Postal comparison](https://trysincerely.com/vs/postal).

### Reachdesk

Reachdesk is the other enterprise gifting platform, strongest on international fulfillment. As of August 2026 its [pricing page](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) lists its own warehouses in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia. Pick it to fix global delivery, not to save money.

- Who it is for: global teams whose Sendoso pain is shipping gifts outside the US.
- Honest caveat: the same page says plans start at $20,000 per year, so this is a vendor change, not a cost cut. See [our Reachdesk comparison](https://trysincerely.com/vs/reachdesk).

### Postalytics

Postalytics is direct mail automation, not gifting. It publishes real prices: a free plan that is pay-per-piece, a $199/month Marketer plan, and a $399/month Pro plan, with Standard mail postcards from about $0.81 to $1.05 per piece as of August 2026 ([their pricing page](https://www.postalytics.com/pricing/)). If your Sendoso spend was mostly postcards and letters, this is a large cost cut.

- Who it is for: marketers who send template-based mail at volume and want published, per-piece pricing.
- Honest caveat: no gifts, and personalization is variable-data fields, not writing. You design templates and mail-merge into them.

## If gifting is overkill and you only need mail

Most Sendoso churn we hear about is not anger, it is mismatch. The team sends postcards and notes; the platform is built for warehouses, swag stores, and gift logistics.

### Handwrytten

Handwrytten sends robot-written pen-on-paper cards. Business plans run $449 to $849 per month, and per-card prices run $1.19 to $1.99 depending on plan as of August 2026, plus postage ([their pricing](https://www.handwrytten.com/pricing/)); single cards retail at $3.75.

- Who it is for: teams whose whole play is the handwritten thank-you or door-opener card.
- Honest caveat: it is a card service, not a campaign platform. Audience building, sequencing, and measurement stay your job. Worth knowing: Handwrytten also fulfills Sincerely's handwritten notes, so this entry and the next one are the same ink bought two ways.

### Sincerely

Sincerely is built for B2B outbound mail specifically: postcards, letters, and handwritten notes, no gift warehouse. Audiences sync from Salesforce, HubSpot, or CSV, every piece is written for one recipient from CRM context, and a human approves everything before it prints. Plans start at a $199 one-time pilot for 100 pieces; Core is $250/month with 150 pieces included. Print and postage are in the printed per-piece price, notes are priced per card on your plan, and there are no seats to license.

- Who it is for: sales and marketing teams using mail as an outbound channel to named accounts, who want it personalized and provable.
- Honest caveat: no gifts, and handwritten notes reach US addresses only, fulfilled by Handwrytten rather than written in house. If physical gifts drive your meetings, this is the wrong tool. If cards alone drive them, buy Handwrytten direct and skip the platform fee.

## If you doubt the measurement

Gifting platforms report activity: sends, redemptions, meetings influenced. "Influenced" is the soft spot. If your CFO stopped believing the dashboard, you need incrementality, not attribution.

Sincerely is the only option on this list that builds the experiment in. Every campaign locks a holdout and a primary outcome at launch, and the readout reports lift with confidence intervals, including "not statistically ready" when that is the truth. Read [how holdout testing works](https://trysincerely.com/holdout-testing) even if you buy nothing; the method transfers.

## The alternative nobody sells: doing nothing

If your Sendoso program never produced a readable result, pausing is a legitimate move. Run outbound without mail for a quarter and watch meeting rates. If nothing drops, you just saved the budget. If something drops, you now have a baseline and a reason to restart with a measured program instead of a hunch.

- Who it is for: teams with no evidence either way and a renewal date approaching.
- Honest caveat: a pause is only informative if you actually track the before-and-after numbers.

## When staying with Sendoso is better

Stay if gifts are genuinely working for you. Sendoso's strengths are real: a deep gift marketplace, e-gift links, international fulfillment, event kits, and Amazon-scale logistics you cannot rebuild elsewhere. If you send hundreds of physical gifts a month across regions, and your team lives in the integrations, switching costs more than the fee. The people who should leave are the ones paying a gifting-platform fee to send postcards.

For a direct head-to-head, see [Sincerely vs Sendoso](https://trysincerely.com/vs/sendoso).

Switch for the problem you actually have: cheaper gifting exists, mail-only tools exist, and measured mail exists, but only one of those fixes yours.
