## One workspace for the whole revenue team.

Reps, marketing, and whoever approves the spend work from the same lists, designs, campaigns, and assistant chats. Every paid package includes unlimited workspace seats with no per-seat charge.

### Sending · anyone on the team

Any member can send one piece from an approved design, a postcard, letter, handwritten note, or gift, the moment a call ends. It still passes the address check, the frequency cap, and that person's monthly gift budget, and an admin can turn sending off for one person.

### Assistant chats · workspace-wide

A chat with the assistant is a workspace record. Anyone on the team can open a saved chat, see who started it, and keep going from where it stopped. A card waiting for a click stays with the person it was shown to.

### Roles · member, approver, admin

Members handle follow-ups and one-off sends of approved designs. Approvers also approve designs, drafts, and launch requests. Admins run campaigns, billing, integrations, and the team. One switch lets a member build campaigns too.

### Launch approval · held for an approver

A campaign that sends gifts, or enrolls people on its own, waits for an approver before it launches. When its gifts total more than $1,000, or more than the requester's monthly gift budget, a second person has to approve it. The audit log names who launched, approved, or changed what.

### Signing · per rep

A campaign can sign each piece with the contact's Salesforce or HubSpot owner, and a fallback sender signs when the record names nobody. Each sender keeps their own name, title, voice notes, and meeting link.

### Connected agents · the person's role

An agent connected over MCP acts as the person who authorized it and carries their role, so a member's agent cannot do what the member cannot. An admin can block a connected agent, which withdraws its waiting cards.
