# Sendoso vs Reachdesk for corporate gifting and direct mail

> Sendoso and Reachdesk differ on marketplace size, global reach, integrations, and pricing structure. Compare by your team's sending patterns.

Source: https://trysincerely.com/compare/sendoso-vs-reachdesk

Sendoso has the deeper marketplace. Reachdesk is the stronger choice when gifts need to land across several regions. Both products are enterprise platforms whose contracts begin with a sales conversation, and neither includes the gifts in the software fee. Reachdesk at least publishes a $20,000 annual starting point; Sendoso does not publish a price.

The buying brief is usually the same: let sales and marketing send gifts, swag, and mail without building a small fulfillment operation in spreadsheets. The practical differences appear once you ask where inventory sits, which regions a plan unlocks, how broad the marketplace is, and what must be negotiated in the contract.

## The two platforms at a glance

## International reach: Reachdesk wins

Reachdesk was founded in London, and the operating model reflects that background. As of August 2026, its [pricing page](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) names warehouses in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia, with shipping to more than 180 countries. Core covers one region, Plus covers two, and Premium unlocks the international marketplace and eGifts. For a pipeline spread across EMEA, APAC, and North America, inventory held in-region makes customs and delivery less uncertain.

Sendoso can also send internationally, but its August 2026 pricing page ties the number of fulfillment regions to the plan. Starter receives one, Core two, and only Advanced or Enterprise opens all regions. A team concentrated in the US may never feel that limit. A global program needs to price the higher tiers.

## Marketplace depth: Sendoso wins

Sendoso's marketplace is the deeper catalog. It leans on on-demand items and global eGifts, so you can send a wide range of things without warehousing them first. It also layers on services: custom kitting, swag storefronts, event fulfillment, and its SmartSuite AI tools for picking gifts. If your program depends on variety, Sendoso gives your reps more to choose from.

Reachdesk's marketplace is solid but more curated, and its model leans harder on warehoused inventory you stock in advance. That is a feature for consistency and a limit for variety.

## Integrations: Reachdesk includes more on the entry tier

Both platforms connect to the usual CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools, and neither publishes a full catalog. What they do publish is how many you get.

As of August 2026, Sendoso meters integrations by tier: one platform integration on Starter, two on Core, unlimited on Advanced and Enterprise. Reachdesk lists unlimited GTM integrations on all three of its tiers, including the cheapest.

So the honest split is: Reachdesk gives every customer all its integrations, and Sendoso makes you buy up to that. Check your specific tools with both before you sign either.

## Pricing reality: both are talk-to-sales

Neither vendor publishes a full price list. Plan on a sales cycle either way.

- [Sendoso's pricing page](https://www.sendoso.com/pricing) shows four tiers and no numbers, as of August 2026. Every tier ends in a talk-to-sales button, and the page never says what the platform fee is, or what gift spend, shipping, and merch storage add.
- [Reachdesk's pricing page](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) is one step more transparent: as of August 2026 it states plans start at $20,000/year, then routes you to a custom quote. Gift spend, shipping, and warehouse storage fees are extra, and swag sourcing carries a $2,500 minimum order.

On both platforms the platform fee is the smaller number. A team sending 150 gifts a month at $50 each spends $90,000 a year on gifts alone, before the subscription.

## Which is better for what

- International gifting programs: Reachdesk. In-region warehouses and 180+ country coverage beat tier-gated fulfillment regions.
- Marketplace variety and gifting services: Sendoso. Deeper catalog, kitting, storefronts, event fulfillment.
- A specific integration you must have: check both catalogs first, and expect to buy up a tier if only Sendoso has it.
- All integrations without tier games: Reachdesk. Unlimited on every plan.
- Budget certainty: neither. Both are quote-based annual contracts with variable gift spend on top. Reachdesk at least names a floor.
- Small teams without a five-figure software budget: honestly, neither platform fits. Look at lighter gifting tools, or ask whether gifting is the right channel at all. Our [gifting platforms comparison](https://trysincerely.com/vs-gifting-platforms) covers that question.

## Where Sincerely fits

Sincerely is not a gifting platform with a mail feature. It builds the audience from your CRM or from a description of the businesses you sell to, writes a different standard postcard or letter for every recipient, and draws an account-level holdout at launch with the primary outcome locked, so the readout reports lift with an interval. Both vendors above meter reach by plan tier, and as of August 2026 neither [Sendoso's pricing page](https://www.sendoso.com/pricing) nor [Reachdesk's](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) describes a holdout or a lift readout. Gifts are a step in the same campaign, 46 of them with 28 shipping to Canada. See [gifts](https://trysincerely.com/gifts). It has no global warehouse network and no e-gifts, so Reachdesk still wins a program that ships to 180 countries.

Sincerely publishes the package and format terms active for the current deployment on the [pricing page](https://trysincerely.com/pricing).

## The bottom line

Choose Reachdesk when your buyers are global and you want gifts landing reliably in Frankfurt and Sydney, not just Denver. Choose Sendoso when your program lives mostly in North America and thrives on marketplace variety and services. Budget well past the platform fee either way, because gift spend is the real bill.

The platform matters less than the postage: buy the one that reliably reaches the people you sell to.
