# The best corporate gifting platforms for B2B in 2026

> Sendoso, Reachdesk, Goody, Snappy, PFL, Postal, and Sincerely compared on gift type, published price, minimums, and CRM support as of October 2026.

Source: https://trysincerely.com/guides/best-corporate-gifting-platforms

Goody and Snappy are the easiest starts: both have free plans and let the recipient choose the gift. Sendoso fits a company where sales, marketing, and HR share warehoused swag, eGifts, and kits under one contract. Reachdesk is built for teams whose accounts are in the UK, Europe, or Australia as often as the US. PFL suits marketing ops teams that trigger branded kits and dimensional mail from Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo. Sincerely is narrower than all of them. It sends a gift as one step in an account campaign, with a note written for that person, and it is not a gifting marketplace. Sincerely publishes this guide; every vendor price below was checked on the vendor's own site on October 10, 2026.

Sincerely gifts ship across the United States, and 28 of the 46 also ship to Canada. Every other platform in the table reaches more countries.

## Goody

Goody is the easiest place to start. As of October 2026 its [pricing page](https://www.ongoody.com/business/pricing) lists a Starter plan at "$0 Forever" with unlimited gift sends in the US, UK, and Canada, Pro at "$20/month/user" billed annually with gifts to 140+ countries and digital gift cards, and a Team plan quoted by company size that adds budgets and gifting straight from Salesforce or HubSpot. You pick a gift or a price point, and the recipient enters their own address and can swap for something else. Goody's [payments help page](https://support.ongoody.com/en_us/how-do-payments-work-on-goody-rJuIO6R3Zl) says a card is "charged after the gift is accepted", so a gift nobody claims costs nothing.

The catch for a sales team is the plan split. Gifting from Salesforce and team budgets are on Team, which is quoted, so CRM-triggered sends start with a sales call after all. Pro is priced per user, and $20 a seat across a 30-person sales floor is $7,200 a year before any gift. The message itself goes on a digital card you choose or upload.

## Snappy

Snappy sells the same recipient-choice idea with a wider free tier. Its [pricing page](https://www.snappy.com/pricing) lists Essential at "$0 / per year" with gifts to 176+ countries and gift budgets from $5 to $15,000, Elevated at "$2000 / per year", and Enterprise at "Get a Quote". The [homepage](https://www.snappy.com/) puts it plainly: "Recipients add their own address and size".

For a sales team, the Salesforce integration and the API are on Enterprise only. Much of Elevated is built for employee programs, with 40+ HR integrations, Slack and Teams notifications, and company stores, so check how much of that $2,000 a sales team would use.

## Sendoso

Sendoso is the category's consolidator. It [bought Alyce](https://www.sendoso.com/resources/blog/alyce-by-sendoso) through an asset purchase announced February 1, 2024, and [acquired Postal](https://www.sendoso.com/resources/blog/postal-by-sendoso), announced May 1, 2025. Its [homepage](https://www.sendoso.com/) lists "eGifts, customized swag, virtual experiences, direct mail, handwritten notes, and more" and shipping to 165+ countries, with storage and fulfillment behind it. A company that runs sales, marketing, and HR gifting from one warehouse of branded inventory gets all of it in one contract.

You cannot price it without a call. As of October 2026 the [pricing page](https://www.sendoso.com/pricing) shows five tiers (Start With Merch, Start With Gifting, Core, Advanced, Enterprise) and no dollar figure on any of them. The entry gifting tier caps marketplace sends at 100 a month. Its homepage claims "$4K in influenced pipeline for every dollar spent". Influenced pipeline counts the deals a gift touched, including deals that would have closed without it.

## Reachdesk

Reachdesk is the international pick. Its [pricing page](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) lists fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia, and the [homepage](https://www.reachdesk.com/) says it reaches 180+ countries. A London team sending to Munich and Sydney ships from warehouses in the EU and Australia.

The entry price is the obstacle. The pricing page says "Plans start at $20,000/year", and the three tiers are sized by users and territories, from 5 users in one territory on Core to 15 users in three on Premium. Bulk branded swag has a $2,500 order minimum. A global program can absorb that. A team testing gifts on 40 accounts cannot.

## PFL

PFL is a print and fulfillment company more than a gift marketplace, and that is its strength. Its [FAQ](https://www.pfl.com/faqs) says "With PFL you can send everything from postcards to premium kits with branded merchandise" and that it owns "the printing, fulfillment, and logistics". It plugs into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Iterable, Customer.io, and Braze, so a marketing ops team can trigger a branded kit from the same automation that sends email. PFL now trades as "PFL a Vomela Company".

PFL publishes no price and has no catalog of other brands' gifts to browse. You book a meeting, scope the kit, and wait for it to be built.

## Postal

Postal still sells under its own name. Its [homepage](https://www.postal.com/) carries the banner "Postal is now part of the Sendoso family", and its [pricing page](https://www.postal.com/pricing) names one plan, First Class, with unlimited sends, swag sourcing, global warehousing, and no price. Integrations cover Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, SalesLoft, and Zapier.

Neither Postal's site nor Sendoso's announcement says how long Postal stays a separate product. Get that in writing before you sign a multi-year contract.

## Sincerely

Sincerely is a direct mail product for B2B teams that sells gifts as one format among postcards, letters, and handwritten notes. The [gift catalog](https://trysincerely.com/gifts) has 46 physical gifts from $49, each at one price whether it goes to the US or Canada. A gift + note uses 10 credits, which is $3.85 on the Core monthly plan, plus the gift's catalog price from a prepaid gift balance, per the [pricing page](https://trysincerely.com/pricing). Gifts need an active recurring plan, so the cheapest way in is Core at $250 a month.

What it does well is tie each gift to a specific reason and write a note that explains it. A rep at a fictional freight software company, Halden Logistics, picks the 12 accounts that hired a new head of operations this quarter. Sincerely drafts each note from the CRM record and the sourced hiring signal, checks the business address, and holds every order until a person approves the recipient, the gift, the words, and the price. If the rep lacks an address, an emailed [gift invitation](https://trysincerely.com/guides/send-a-gift-without-their-address) lets the recipient choose where it ships within 14 days. A campaign built to measure lift also locks an account-level holdout, so the readout can estimate whether the gifted accounts opened more pipeline than the ones that got nothing.

It loses on selection, recipient choice, reach, and inventory:

- 46 curated items against Goody's 600+ brands and Snappy's collections. No eGift cards.
- The recipient chooses where a gift goes, not which gift. Goody and Snappy both let them pick.
- The United States and Canada only, with 28 of the 46 gifts available in Canada. Reachdesk, Snappy, and Sendoso reach more than 150 countries.
- No warehoused swag inventory or company store. Branded tees, hoodies, and a welcome kit are in the catalog, and each gets a proof before production.
- Nothing for HR programs such as birthdays or work anniversaries.

## Which one fits your situation

| Your situation | Start with |
| -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| You want to send your first 20 gifts this week without a contract | Goody Starter or Snappy Essential |
| Your recipients should choose the gift, and some are outside North America | Snappy, or Goody Pro |
| Sales, marketing, and HR all need gifting and shared swag inventory | Sendoso |
| Most of your accounts are in the UK, EU, or Australia | Reachdesk |
| Marketing ops wants branded kits triggered from Marketo or Marketing Cloud | PFL |
| You already run Postal and are happy | Postal, with a contract check |
| A gift is one touch in an account campaign and finance asks what it caused | Sincerely |
| Employee birthdays and anniversaries | Goody Team or Snappy Elevated |

Two cautions apply to every row. First, price the gift, the platform fee, and shipping together; Snappy says shipping is included, while the others vary by item and destination. Second, any vendor's "influenced pipeline" number credits the gift for deals that might have closed anyway. Our [comparison of what these vendors publish about measurement](https://trysincerely.com/vs-gifting-platforms) goes through each one, and the [B2B gifting guide](https://trysincerely.com/guides/b2b-gifting) covers when a gift is worth sending at all.
