# The best handwritten note services for business in 2026

> Handwrytten, Simply Noted, IgnitePOST, Scribeless, LettrLabs, Inkpact, PostPilot, and Sincerely compared on pen, per-card price, minimums, and CRM support.

Most B2B teams end up choosing between three services that use robots holding real pens. Handwrytten suits a sales team that wants a card sent from Salesforce or HubSpot. Simply Noted publishes the lowest per-card price once you send thousands, and IgnitePOST quotes a single price with the stamp already in it. PostPilot and LettrLabs are built for Shopify stores and local consumer campaigns such as new-mover mail. If you want a person holding the pen, look at Inkpact, which writes for brands sending 100 or more notes a month, or at Sincerely. Sincerely publishes this guide. Its handwritten pieces cost more than any robot card here. Every price below was checked on the vendor's own site on October 10, 2026.

*Before you pick between handwritten note services, compare who holds the pen, the per-card price with postage, the minimum order, and a sample.*

Robot prices are per card. Sincerely's prices are per piece and include postage, the address check, and the writing of the message for each recipient. The [cost guide](https://trysincerely.com/guides/handwritten-mail-cost) works through what 200 notes a month costs at each robot vendor.

## Handwrytten

Handwrytten is built around sending from a CRM. Its [homepage](https://www.handwrytten.com/) says it "uses custom-designed handwriting robots that hold real pens", lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, and Shopify integrations alongside API documentation, and delivers in the US and Canada plus "190 other countries". As of October 2026 its [pricing page](https://www.handwrytten.com/pricing/) says "Cards retail at $3.75" with "Postage extra", and business plans bring a card down to $1.99 on Pro ($449 a month) and $1.19 on Agency ($2,499 a month).

A team sending 200 cards a month pays more on Pro than it would at retail, because the plan fee is what buys the lower card price. Our [Handwrytten comparison](https://trysincerely.com/vs/handwrytten) covers the rest.

## Simply Noted

Simply Noted is the volume pick. Its [homepage](https://simplynoted.com/) says "Our 220+ handwriting robots write every note, card, and letter with a real ballpoint pen" and that sends can be "triggered from your CRM, API, or a CSV". The [plans page](https://simplynoted.com/pages/simply-noted-plans) prices folded cards at $2.80 each for 100 credits, $1.99 at 1,000, and $0.90 at 50,000, plus "$0.82 /card postage". An unlimited plan runs "$497/mo flat" plus $0.99 a note and postage.

Check the expiry before you buy a big pack: "Credits expire after 12 months." A team that buys 5,000 cards to get the lower rate and sends 200 a month will lose more than half of them. The homepage also names no Salesforce or HubSpot app, so ask to see the CRM trigger working before you commit.

## IgnitePOST

IgnitePOST suits a team that hates postage math. Its [pricing page](https://www.ignitepost.com/pricing) lists prepaid cards at "$1.75 - $4.39 /card" with "USPS First Class postage stamp" included, and subscriptions at $109 a month for 300 cards a year up to $1,744 a month for 6,000, "listed are annual rates". Its [homepage](https://www.ignitepost.com/) says the robots "use real ballpoint pen and ink". Gift card and business card inserts cost extra.

The pricing page does not say which volume earns which rate between $1.75 and $4.39, so you need a written quote to compare it with Simply Noted.

## Scribeless

Scribeless is still operating and still selling, from what its [homepage](https://www.scribeless.co/) calls "facilities across North America, the UK, and mainland Europe". For a team mailing London, Paris, and Toronto in the same week, that footprint is the reason to look. Its [pricing page](https://www.scribeless.co/pricing) lists £1.99 an item under 500 down to £1.19 at 5,000 to 9,999, with stamps added at local rates (US £0.59, UK £0.91).

Ask what the recipient will hold. The company's [terms](https://www.scribeless.co/legal/terms-and-conditions) describe its service as "pseudo-handwritten direct mail campaigns", and the homepage does not say whether a pen touches the card. If real ink matters to you, request a sample. The [Scribeless alternatives page](https://trysincerely.com/alternatives/scribeless) compares it with the real-pen vendors.

## LettrLabs

LettrLabs is built for local businesses and consumer audiences: radius mail, new movers, storm-triggered campaigns, and website visitor matching. On its [pricing page](https://www.lettrlabs.com/products/pricing) the free Starter plan prices a handwritten postcard at $1.66 and a handwritten card and envelope at $2.86, and states "Postage is Always Included". Premium is $399 a month billed annually and lowers those rates with a spend commitment. Its Enterprise tier also lists "Holdout and A/B Testing".

For B2B outbound to named accounts, most of that targeting goes unused, since it finds households and neighborhoods rather than people at companies.

## Inkpact

Inkpact is the closest thing to a human-written service at scale. Its [handwritten notes page](https://inkpact.com/what-we-do/handwritten-notes) says "Every note is physically written using a real pen", by one of its writers or its AI-scripted handwriting, and the [homepage](https://inkpact.com/) says notes are "Genuinely handwritten by one of our 2,000 scribes". It integrates with Shopify, Klaviyo, and "most major e-commerce and CRM platforms".

It publishes no prices. The homepage says "We work with brands sending from 100 notes per month upwards", which rules out a team that wants to send 30 notes this quarter, and the integrations lean toward ecommerce brands.

## PostPilot

PostPilot still sells handwritten cards. Its [mailers page](https://www.postpilot.com/mailers) says "High-tech robots use real pens", and its [pricing page](https://www.postpilot.com/pricing) lists a handwritten card at $2.99 on Growth ($99 a month) and $1.89 on Pro ($499 a month), with "No contracts, setup fees, or minimums". It plugs into Shopify, Klaviyo, and Recharge.

Those integrations are the limit for a B2B team. PostPilot triggers cards from store orders and Klaviyo flows, not from a deal stage in Salesforce. See [Sincerely vs PostPilot](https://trysincerely.com/vs/postpilot) for the longer comparison.

## Sincerely

Sincerely is a B2B direct mail product, and handwritten mail is one of its formats. Each handwritten 4x6 postcard or letter is genuinely written by hand with a pen, by a person, and photographed before it mails. It covers the United States and Canada. On the [pricing page](https://trysincerely.com/pricing), a handwritten US 4x6 postcard is $6.54 and a handwritten US letter is $11.92 on Core monthly, and the postcard falls to $4.59 on Scale annual. The price covers postage, the address check, and the message, which Sincerely drafts for each recipient from the CRM record and researched account facts.

Say an account executive at a fictional payroll software company, Fernpoint, wants to write to the CFOs of 25 named accounts that just opened new offices. LettrLabs would mail 25 handwritten postcards for $41.50, but someone at Fernpoint still has to research 25 companies and write 25 different notes. Sincerely drafts each note from the account's sourced expansion signal, holds it for a person's approval, and has it written by hand. A campaign built to measure lift also locks an account-level holdout, so the readout can estimate whether the written-to accounts did better than the ones that got nothing.

## Where the robot services are the better buy

Sincerely loses on most of what a card buyer compares first. The cheapest Sincerely handwritten postcard, $4.59 on Scale annual, costs more than any robot card on this page, and a handwritten US letter is $8.37 even on that plan.

Volume is the next limit. A person writes each piece within a daily writing capacity, so 5,000 thank-you cards in one week belong at Simply Noted or Handwrytten. Sincerely writes 4x6 postcards and letters only, with no folded greeting card and no card inserts. Its handwritten mail reaches the United States and Canada only, while Handwrytten delivers to 190 other countries and Scribeless produces in Europe. It has no Shopify or Klaviyo trigger either; PostPilot and LettrLabs are built for stores.
