# Using Apollo with Sincerely

> Sincerely has no native Apollo integration. Here is the honest working path, through CSV export or your CRM, to mail the accounts Apollo finds.

Source: https://trysincerely.com/integrations/apollo

Sincerely has no native Apollo integration today. There is no connector to invent your way around, and we will not pretend otherwise. The honest path still works well: Apollo builds the list, then hands it to Sincerely through a CSV export or through your CRM. Sincerely's native integrations are [Salesforce](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/salesforce), [HubSpot](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/hubspot), [CSV import](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/csv), and an [MCP server](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/mcp-agents) for agents.

## What each tool actually does

Apollo is where you find and filter people: titles, industries, headcount, intent signals. Sincerely is where those people get physical mail: a piece written for one recipient, a verified postal address, and a [holdout-measured](https://trysincerely.com/holdout-testing) campaign. The bridge between them is a list. You only have to move that list once per campaign.

One warning before you start. Apollo's contact data rarely includes a good postal address. That is fine. Sincerely resolves and verifies mailing addresses itself, from the company and person you give it, and address verification is included on every plan. Do not spend time hunting for street addresses inside Apollo.

## Path 1: CSV export

The fastest path when your list lives only in Apollo.

1. Build your list in Apollo with your usual filters.
2. Export it to CSV. Include name, title, company, company domain, and city or region if you have them.
3. Import the CSV into Sincerely with [CSV import](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/csv).
4. Sincerely resolves each contact to a business location, scores the address, and USPS-verifies it before anything prints.
5. Review the drafted pieces and approve. Nothing mails without your approval.

Missing or partial addresses in the export are expected. Sincerely fills the gap during address resolution.

## Path 2: through your CRM

The better path when Apollo already pushes contacts into Salesforce or HubSpot. Apollo supports both natively, with [per-record and bulk push settings](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/4414469523981-Configure-Salesforce-Push-Settings); pushing a contact also pushes its account if the CRM does not have it yet.

1. Let Apollo write contacts and accounts to your CRM as usual.
2. Connect that CRM to Sincerely.
3. Build your Sincerely audience from CRM fields: the same lists, stages, and owners your team already trusts.

This path wins for ongoing programs. New Apollo contacts flow into the CRM, and your Sincerely audience picks them up without another export. It also keeps CRM matchback clean when you read results in [measurement](https://trysincerely.com/measurement).

## Which path to pick

| Situation | Use |
| --------------------------------------------- | ---------- |
| One-off campaign, list only in Apollo | CSV export |
| Apollo already syncs to Salesforce or HubSpot | CRM sync |
| An agent runs your outbound tooling | MCP server |

If an MCP agent like Claude Code or Cursor drives your workflow, it can take an exported Apollo list, build the audience, and prepare the campaign through Sincerely's MCP server. Anything that prints or spends money still shows you a confirmation card first.

## Where Apollo is the better tool

Keep prospecting in Apollo. Its database, filters, and sequencing are its strengths, and Sincerely does not replace them. If your entire motion is email and calls, Apollo alone may be all you need. Sincerely earns its place when email is ignored and you want a physical touch with measured lift. See [direct mail in outbound sequences](https://trysincerely.com/guides/direct-mail-in-outbound-sequences) for how the two motions stack.

## Cost of the mail itself

Sincerely plans start with a $199 one-time Pilot for 100 pieces, everything included. See [pricing](https://trysincerely.com/pricing) for monthly plans. New workspaces start on a free audit plan: connect a CRM, audit mailability, and draft pieces before you pay anything.

Apollo finds the account. Sincerely makes sure something lands on their desk.
