# Using Zapier with Sincerely

> There is no Sincerely Zapier app today. Here is the honest path, route data through Salesforce, HubSpot, or a CSV, and let Sincerely take it from there.

There is no Sincerely app in Zapier today, so you cannot add Sincerely as a step in a Zap. That is the whole answer to "does Sincerely integrate with Zapier": not natively, not yet. But you do not need one to make the two work together. Zapier is already good at moving data into places Sincerely reads natively: [Salesforce](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/salesforce), [HubSpot](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/hubspot), and [CSV files](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/csv). Point your Zaps at one of those, and Sincerely picks the data up from there.

## The honest paths

Sincerely's native integrations are Salesforce, HubSpot, CSV import, and an MCP server. Zapier connects to [more than 9,000 apps](https://zapier.com/apps), including the first two. So the bridge is simple: use Zapier to land your data in a system Sincerely syncs from.

### Path 1: Zapier to your CRM to Sincerely

This is the best path for most teams.

1. Build a Zap that writes to Salesforce or HubSpot. For example: a demo request in Typeform creates a HubSpot contact, or a webinar registration in Zoom updates a Salesforce lead.
2. Tag the record so you can find it, a list membership, a custom field, a campaign association.
3. In Sincerely, build an audience from that CRM segment. The sync is native, so new records flow in as your Zap adds them.

The upside: Sincerely gets full CRM context, not just a name and address. Every piece is written for one recipient from that context, so richer records mean better mail.

### Path 2: Zapier to a CSV to Sincerely

If the data never touches a CRM, collect it in a Google Sheet or Airtable with Zapier, then export a CSV and import it into Sincerely. This is a manual step, so it fits batch sends better than always-on triggers. Sincerely resolves, scores, and USPS-verifies every address on import, so a scrappy spreadsheet is a fine starting point.

### Path 3: The MCP server, the programmable path

If you want automation without a CRM in the middle, Sincerely runs an MCP server at `https://trysincerely.com/api/mcp`. Any MCP agent, Claude Code, Cursor, or others, can build audiences, write pieces, and prepare campaigns against it. This is the closest thing to a direct API path today. One guardrail never moves: anything that prints or spends money shows a human a confirmation card first. See [MCP agents](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/mcp-agents) for setup.

## What each path trades

| Path | Best for | Tradeoff |
| ------------- | ------------------------------ | --------------------------- |
| Zapier to CRM | Ongoing triggers, rich context | Needs Salesforce or HubSpot |
| Zapier to CSV | One-off lists, no CRM | Manual export step |
| MCP agent | Programmatic workflows | Needs an MCP-capable agent |

## When Zapier alone is the better tool

If your goal is instant, fully automated mail on every trigger with zero review, Zapier plus a print API like Lob does that today, and Sincerely does not. Lob's [Zapier app](https://zapier.com/apps/lob/integrations) ships Send Postcard, Send Letter, and address-verification actions, so a Zap can mail a piece with nobody reading it first. Sincerely requires human approval before anything prints, by design, because each piece is written for one recipient and someone should read it first. If you want fire-and-forget postcards, use the API route. If you want mail that reads like a person wrote it, measured against [holdouts](https://trysincerely.com/holdout-testing), the paths above get you there.

## Will there be a Zapier app?

Maybe. It is not built, and we will not pretend otherwise. Until then, the CRM bridge covers most Zapier workflows with about ten minutes of setup.

Zapier moves the data; Sincerely writes the mail. You do not need a connector to put them in sequence.
