# Sincerely > Sincerely is the direct mail platform for outbound, giving B2B revenue teams a measurable physical channel into their target accounts. It turns physical mail into software: audiences sync from Salesforce, HubSpot, or CSV, or Sincerely finds businesses and verified addresses from a description of the ideal customer; every piece is individually personalized and printed through professional mail partners; and results are measured against account-level holdout groups, so reported lift is real incrementality, not last-touch attribution. Sincerely is a web application at https://trysincerely.com. Key facts: - Formats: 4x6 and 6x9 postcards and letters, with per-piece pricing that includes print and postage. Handwritten notes and gifts exist in the product and have no live fulfillment adapter, so they cannot be mailed, carry no price, and a campaign will not launch in them. - Personalization: each piece is written for one recipient from CRM context and researched account facts, with human approval workflows and guardrails (budgets, frequency caps, suppression lists, address-quality thresholds). - Measurement: campaigns lock an experiment design at launch (primary outcome, measurement window, holdout percentage). Readouts report lift with confidence intervals and say plainly when a result is not statistically ready. Honest numbers or no numbers. - Address quality: postal addresses are resolved, scored, and USPS-verified before anything prints. Suppression is immediate and global. - Pricing: Pilot $199 one-time (100 pieces, all included in the fee, credited toward a first month). Core $250/month (100 pieces included, one live campaign at a time, up to 500 a month), Starter $500/month (250 pieces included, up to 2,000), Growth $1,500/month (750 pieces included, up to 10,000), Scale $3,500/month (2,000 pieces included, up to 25,000). Past the included pieces, per-piece prices are recorded separately from the plan fee and fall with plan size: 4x6 postcards $1.10 (Growth $1.00, Scale $0.90), 6x9 postcards $1.30 (Growth $1.20, Scale $1.10), letters $1.35 (Growth $1.25, Scale $1.15). Address verification $0.06 per contact on every plan. Per-piece prices include print and postage, and apply wherever a piece mails. Included pieces reset monthly and do not roll over; the pilot's 100 are bought once. When a plan's monthly cap is reached, live campaigns pause rather than print past it. No per-seat pricing. - Starting free: a new workspace is on an audit plan. Connecting a CRM, running the mailability audit, building the brand kit, laying out designs, and generating drafts all happen without a card. Nothing can be mailed until a plan is chosen. - Recipients can be suppressed on request, immediately and across all campaigns. ## Pages Append ".md" to any page URL, or send `Accept: text/markdown`, to receive the raw markdown source.
