## Pilot · $199 one time

A designed experiment, not a free trial: Pilot includes 500 non-expiring credits and a lifetime cap of 100 pieces. It has no top-ups, gifts, coupon, renewal, or complete pre-created contact lists, and it keeps the 300-contact sourced limit. One purchase is allowed per workspace owner and billing identity. The entire finite cohort must fit before launch.

## Recurring plans

| Plan | Monthly | Credits per month | Annual | Annual per month | Credits per year | Prepaid top-up credit | Piece cap |
| ------- | ------: | ----------------: | ------: | ---------------: | ---------------: | --------------------: | -------------------------------- |
| Core | $250 | 650 | $2,700 | $225 | 7,800 | $0.50 | 600 / month or 7,200 / year |
| Starter | $750 | 2,000 | $8,100 | $675 | 24,000 | $0.47 | 2,000 / month or 24,000 / year |
| Growth | $2,250 | 7,000 | $24,300 | $2,025 | 84,000 | $0.42 | 10,000 / month or 120,000 / year |
| Scale | $6,000 | 20,000 | $64,800 | $5,400 | 240,000 | $0.39 | 25,000 / month or 300,000 / year |

One credit pool covers fulfillment, postage, AI, measurement, and operations. Choose a monthly pool or save 10% with one annual pool. Every paid package includes 20 seats with no per-seat charge. Every workspace can take up to 300 sourced contacts from pre-created lists and the finder; recurring plans remove that limit. All prices are pretax.

Annual pricing is exactly 10% below twelve monthly payments and is billed once, as one credit pool for the year. The annual per-month column is that single payment divided by twelve, shown for comparison with monthly plans. Annual credits are available for the full paid year. Top-up credits are purchased before fulfillment and do not expire. An active recurring plan is required to buy or use them.

Pilot, Core monthly, Core annual, and Starter monthly are self-serve. Starter annual, Growth, and Scale publish their full prices and allowances, but you need to [book a demo](https://trysincerely.com/contact) before purchasing. Enterprise is contact-only and begins with an [Enterprise demo](https://trysincerely.com/contact?plan=enterprise).

Every recurring package includes complete pre-created contact lists. Every other workspace, including the audit plan and Pilot, can take up to 300 sourced contacts across pre-created lists and the contact finder; contacts brought from a CRM or a CSV are never counted against that limit. Every paid package includes AI-personalized mail grounded in CRM and researched account facts, unlimited saved designs and hosted landing pages, a custom link domain for response links, 20 workspace seats with no per-seat charge and role-based approvals, the in-app assistant, and OAuth MCP access. Assistant and MCP use has generous plan-level safeguards rather than being unlimited. Recurring plans get a monthly allowance and the Pilot gets a fixed allowance for the life of the plan.

## Credit equivalence

On Core monthly a credit works out to about $0.38, so a US 4×6 postcard is about $1.92 per piece.

The interactive pricing page folds this table into its mixed-mail calculator: each mail type lists its single-type equivalent and loads it as the mix. The calculator counts the mix against the plan's included credits and piece cap, quotes prepaid top-up credits only when the mix exceeds the included pool, and names a plan that fits when the mix does not. Shared Plan and Billing interval selectors drive it, starting on Core monthly:

| Mail type | Credits each | Term-pool equivalent |
| ------------------- | -----------: | -------------------: |
| US 4×6 postcard | 5 | 130 pieces |
| US 6×9 postcard | 6 | 108 pieces |
| US letter | 7 | 92 pieces |
| Canada 4×6 postcard | 9 | 72 pieces |
| Canada 6×9 postcard | 9 | 72 pieces |
| Canada letter | 10 | 65 pieces |
| Gift + note | 10 | 65 pieces |

Credit equivalents assume the pool contains only that mail type. Piece caps still apply.

Gifts require an active recurring plan. Gift + note is priced at 10 credits plus the approved catalog price. That dollar amount must be present in the workspace's prepaid gift balance before launch. Pilot cannot buy or send gifts.

## How credits are used

Credits cover print, postage, AI-assisted writing, measurement, and operations. Address verification and correction are included. A piece may draw from the active subscription pool and durable prepaid top-up credits, but its full credit cost must be available before it is reserved.

Monthly credits expire at monthly renewal. Annual credits are available for the full paid year and expire at annual renewal. Pilot credits do not expire. Top-up credits and gift funds do not expire, but an active recurring plan is required to use either prepaid balance. Credits have no cash value and are nontransferable. Ordinary subscription credits do not roll over.

A vendor-confirmed cancellation restores reserved credits and, for an unfulfilled gift, reserved gift funds. If confirmation arrives after the source term expires, returned subscription credits become a cancellation adjustment valid for 30 days. Unused adjustment credits expire after 30 days.

Sincerely does not create negative credit or gift balances and does not invoice overages after fulfillment. A launch or one-off send that does not fit stays blocked until enough prepaid top-up credits or gift funds have been purchased. Campaign preflight shows the exact requirement before launch.

## Fair questions

**What does starting free include?**

A new workspace starts on the audit plan. You can connect a CRM or upload a CSV, review mailability, build the brand kit, lay out designs, and edit drafts. Nothing can mail until a paid credit package is active.

**What happens when a payment is disputed or refunded after use?**

Unsubmitted pieces are held immediately without rewriting submitted history. A partial refund, dispute, or refund after any purchased balance has been used may keep fulfillment held until the balance is reconciled.

**Which providers send the mail?**

Sincerely routes every supported format to its fulfillment provider. Standard postcards, letters, gifts, and handwritten mail all cover the United States and Canada. Routing is independent from credit pricing.

**What if the audience is too small for a holdout?**

The campaign gets descriptive numbers, honestly labeled. Compatible cohorts with the same playbook, outcome, window, and list logic can build a pooled readout over time.

### What does handwritten mail cost?

Handwritten pieces draw from the same prepaid credit pool as every other format. The exact credit cost of each piece shows before you send it.
