# Sincerely vs B2BMail

> B2BMail sends sales letters by FedEx to named buyers. Sincerely researches each account, writes the mail, and measures lift. How to choose, with pricing.

Source: https://trysincerely.com/vs/b2bmail

Pick B2BMail if you want to send a short list of executives a letter and a one-pager in a FedEx envelope, with a signature and a delivery date for each, and have an account manager run the program. Pick Sincerely if you want each piece written from research on that account, sent from your CRM as a postcard, letter, handwritten note, or gift, and measured against accounts that got nothing. Both are built for B2B teams mailing named people at target accounts, so the overlap is real. They differ in how the mail travels, who researches each account, and how you learn whether it worked.

Check availability first. As of October 28, 2026, [B2BMail's about page](https://www.b2bmail.ai/about) says it is "onboarding teams in waves" from a waitlist. Sincerely is open now. You can sign up, connect a CRM, and draft pieces on the free audit plan before paying.

## Where B2BMail is the better choice

B2BMail does one thing, and for some teams it is the right thing.

- **You need to know the piece reached the desk.** FedEx Priority delivers by courier, with a signature and a tracking ID for every envelope. B2BMail's dashboard shows the day each one lands, so a rep can call that afternoon. Sincerely's printed US pieces report delivery from the postal stream. Its Canadian, handwritten, and gift pieces report when they are fulfilled. None of these comes with a signature at the recipient's office.
- **You want to send your own material.** B2BMail prints one-pagers, case studies, brochures, and proposals. It can also pack small product samples or inserts you ordered elsewhere: "if it fits in the envelope, we'll make sure it ships." Sincerely mails its own formats and a fixed gift catalog. It will not put your brochure or a sample in the envelope.
- **You want a person to run it.** Every B2BMail engagement includes a dedicated account manager who helps choose pilot accounts and reviews results with you. Sincerely expects your own team to drive it. The people who build Sincerely can run the program in a workspace you own ([managed direct mail](https://trysincerely.com/managed-direct-mail)), through a separate subscription quoted on a call.
- **You mail in bursts.** B2BMail quotes each project by list, with "no contracts, no minimums," and suggests 25 accounts for a first pilot. Sincerely's ongoing plans are subscriptions. Monthly credits expire at each renewal, while annual plans pool the whole year.

## Where Sincerely wins

- **The research comes with sources.** B2BMail's AI drafts "from your input about the product and accounts," and its own guide says account context you add improves the result. Sincerely reads CRM context and public sources for each account, then writes for one person. It lists each fact beside its source, so a reviewer can check it before approving the piece. See [how the writing works](https://trysincerely.com/personalization).
- **Your CRM is the starting point.** Sincerely syncs accounts and contacts from [Salesforce](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/salesforce) or [HubSpot](https://trysincerely.com/integrations/hubspot), accepts a CSV, or finds businesses from a description of your ideal customer. B2BMail's FAQ says you start by uploading a target account list. Its ROI guide says to log each delivery in your CRM yourself.
- **You learn what the mail caused.** B2BMail reports who received a piece and when. You compare those dates with meetings "in your own records." Its articles recommend holdout tests, but no page says the product assigns or reads one. Sincerely randomizes by account and locks the outcome and window at launch. It reports lift against the accounts that got nothing, with a confidence interval, or says plainly when the result is not ready. See [holdout testing](https://trysincerely.com/holdout-testing).
- **A piece costs less.** B2BMail's calculator assumes about $20 per envelope. On Sincerely's Core monthly plan a US letter is $2.69 and a US 4x6 postcard is $1.92, including print and postage. At that price a team can mail enough accounts to hold some back as a comparison.
- **Handwriting and gifts in one campaign.** Sincerely's handwritten postcards and letters are genuinely written by hand and photographed before they mail. B2BMail's home page lists a "handwritten-style note" as an insert, while its Handwrytten comparison says it "sends printed materials." B2BMail also says it is not a gift platform. Sincerely sends 46 gifts with a personalized note under the same audience, suppression list, budget, and holdout as the mail.
- **Canada and agents.** Sincerely mails in the United States and Canada, and 28 of its 46 gifts ship to Canada. B2BMail's site names no destination outside the United States. Sincerely also runs as an MCP server, so an agent like Claude Code can build audiences and prepare campaigns. A person confirms anything that prints or spends.

## Pricing

B2BMail publishes no price list. As of October 28, 2026, its site says pricing is custom and based on your target account list, with no contracts or minimums. It includes an account manager and performance reporting. The ROI calculator on its [product page](https://www.b2bmail.ai/product) is "based on an average of $20 per envelope," with enterprise discounts available. Its [terms](https://www.b2bmail.ai/terms) say fees are non-refundable once materials are printed and dispatched.

Sincerely publishes its plans on the [pricing page](https://trysincerely.com/pricing). The Pilot is $199 once for up to 100 pieces. Core is $250 a month for 650 credits. A US letter is 7 credits ($2.69), a US 4x6 postcard is 5 ($1.92), and a handwritten US letter is 31 ($11.92). A gift costs a 10-credit note fee plus its catalog price.

For a sense of scale, take 25 accounts with three contacts each. That is 75 letters. At B2BMail's calculator average, they cost about $1,500 before any discount. On Sincerely, 75 US letters use 525 of Core's 650 monthly credits, so one $250 month covers them. The B2BMail figure buys courier delivery and an account manager. The Sincerely figure buys research, writing, and a holdout readout.

## The decision rule

If you want to put a packet of your own material on a few dozen executive desks, with a signature for each and someone else running the send, join B2BMail's waitlist. If you want to write to hundreds of named buyers from your CRM, ground each piece in research a reviewer can check, and see what the mail added to pipeline, use Sincerely.
