# Sincerely vs LettrLabs

> LettrLabs sends handwritten-style and printed mail for local businesses. Sincerely runs measured B2B direct mail from your CRM. Here is how to pick.

Source: https://trysincerely.com/vs/lettrlabs

Pick LettrLabs if you run a local or consumer business and want cheap, automated mail: radius campaigns, new-mover mail, robotically handwritten notes. Pick Sincerely if you sell B2B and need mail that reads like it was written for one specific account, launched from your CRM, and measured against a holdout.

These tools barely overlap. LettrLabs is built for home services, real estate, e-commerce, and nonprofits. Sincerely is built for outbound and ABM teams working named accounts.

## The comparison at a glance

## Where LettrLabs is the better choice

Be honest about the fit. LettrLabs wins in several common cases.

- You mail consumers. Radius mail around a job site, new-mover automation, and storm-response triggers are LettrLabs features Sincerely does not have and does not want. A roofer or realtor should not be on this page.
- You want cheap handwritten-style mail and nothing around it. LettrLabs uses robot-held pens and prices them low for consumer volume. Sincerely mails handwritten notes too, fulfilled by Handwrytten for US addresses and priced per card on your plan, but you are paying for the campaign layer above the card as well. If [robotic handwriting](https://trysincerely.com/glossary/robotic-handwriting) alone is the point, use LettrLabs, [Handwrytten](https://trysincerely.com/vs/handwrytten), or [Simply Noted](https://trysincerely.com/vs/simply-noted) direct.
- You need the lowest per-piece cost. As of August 2026, LettrLabs lists a 4x6 printed postcard at $0.76 on the free Starter plan and $0.54 on Premium, per [their pricing page](https://www.lettrlabs.com/products/pricing). Sincerely's postcards start at $1.00 to $1.75 past included pieces, because each one carries research and one-to-one copy. For volume consumer mail, that premium buys you nothing.
- You retarget anonymous website visitors. LettrLabs' LeadReveal matches visitors to postal addresses. Sincerely has no equivalent.

One honesty note that applies to every vendor in this space: robotically handwritten mail is machine-written with a real pen. It looks handwritten. It is not a human writing to your customer, and neither company should let you imply otherwise.

## Where Sincerely wins

If your unit of work is an account, not a zip code, the calculus flips.

- Copy that survives an executive's desk. LettrLabs personalizes templates with merge fields. Sincerely writes each piece from CRM context and researched account facts, then a human approves it before anything prints. A VP can tell the difference between "Hi {FirstName}" and a note that references their funding round.
- CRM-native targeting. Audiences sync from Salesforce or HubSpot, or Sincerely finds businesses and verified addresses from a description of your ideal customer. No list buying, no CSV wrangling unless you want it. See [integrations](https://trysincerely.com/integrations).
- Measurement you can defend. Every campaign locks a primary outcome, a window, and a holdout percentage at launch. Readouts report lift with confidence intervals and say plainly when a result is not statistically ready. As of August 2026, LettrLabs [advertises](https://www.lettrlabs.com/) built-in holdout testing, attribution windows, and conversion criteria, so it is not a stranger to this idea. We have not tested how deep that tooling goes. What we can say is that Sincerely makes the experiment the default, not an option you remember to turn on. Start with [holdout testing](https://trysincerely.com/holdout-testing).
- Agent access. Sincerely is an MCP server, so Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP agent can build audiences and draft campaigns. A human confirmation gate sits in front of anything that prints or spends money.
- Address hygiene by default. Every address is resolved, scored, and USPS-verified before printing, on every plan. Suppression is immediate and global.

## Pricing reality

LettrLabs, as of August 2026: a free Starter plan with pay-as-you-go pieces, Premium at $399/month with lower per-piece rates, and custom Enterprise pricing. Printed 4x6 postcards run $0.54 to $0.76. Handwritten postcards run $0.92 to $1.66, and a handwritten card with envelope runs $1.46 to $2.86, depending on plan. New accounts get $30 in credit. Check [their pricing page](https://www.lettrlabs.com/products/pricing) for current numbers.

Sincerely: a free audit plan lets you connect a CRM, audit mailability, and draft pieces without a card. Mailing starts with the $199 one-time Pilot (100 pieces, all included). Monthly plans run from Core at $250/month (150 pieces included) to Scale at $3,500/month (3,700 included). Past included pieces, 4x6 postcards cost $1.00 to $1.75 and letters $1.25 to $2.00 by tier. Handwritten notes are priced per card on your plan, with the rate falling at every plan step and the exact number shown in the app. Print and postage are in the printed price, address verification is included, and unused pieces roll over up to one extra month. Full detail on [pricing](https://trysincerely.com/pricing).

The per-piece gap is real: Sincerely costs roughly double per postcard. The question is whether researched, one-to-one copy and a defensible lift number are worth it. For a $50 consumer sale, probably not. For a $50,000 pipeline opportunity, the postage is a rounding error.

## The decision rule

Count your addressable market. If it is measured in households and zip codes, use LettrLabs. If it is measured in named accounts with deal sizes that justify research, use Sincerely. Both mail handwritten formats now, so that format no longer decides it; the audience does.

LettrLabs mails your neighborhood; Sincerely mails your pipeline.
