# Sincerely vs Reachdesk

> Reachdesk is a global gifting and swag platform sold on annual contracts. Sincerely is US B2B direct mail with per-recipient writing and holdout measurement. Which fits you.

Source: https://trysincerely.com/vs/reachdesk

Reachdesk is a global gifting platform: e-gifts, marketplace gifts, and swag shipped to over 180 countries, sold on annual contracts that [start at $20,000 per year](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) as of August 2026. Sincerely is a US direct mail platform for B2B outbound: postcards, letters, and handwritten notes written for one recipient at a time, priced from a $199 pilot, and measured against holdouts.

They overlap less than the category pages suggest. Reachdesk moves physical and digital gifts around the world. Sincerely puts personalized mail in US mailboxes and tells you honestly whether it worked.

## Where Reachdesk is the better choice

Be clear-eyed here. Reachdesk wins several jobs outright:

- **International sending.** Sincerely delivers to US addresses. If your accounts sit in London, Singapore, and Sydney, Reachdesk has warehouses and logistics for that. See [international B2B direct mail](https://trysincerely.com/guides/international-b2b-direct-mail) for why cross-border print is hard.
- **Physical gifts and swag.** Reachdesk runs a curated marketplace, branded merchandise, warehousing, and event fulfillment. Sincerely does not mail gifts today. Gifts exist in the product but have no live fulfillment, so a gift campaign will not launch.
- **E-gifts.** Coffee cards and lunch vouchers deliver in minutes and work well as meeting incentives. Sincerely has no digital sending at all.
- **Event logistics.** Shipping swag to a booth in three countries is a Reachdesk job, full stop.

## Where Sincerely wins

- **US B2B mail campaigns.** Mail is Sincerely's whole product, not a menu item next to cupcakes. 4x6 and 6x9 postcards and letters with print and postage included in the per-piece price, plus handwritten notes to US addresses through Handwrytten.
- **Per-recipient writing.** Every piece is drafted from CRM context and researched account facts, then approved by a human before it prints. A gift platform personalizes the gift pick. Sincerely personalizes the words, which is what a letter is.
- **Honest measurement.** Campaigns lock an experiment design at launch: primary outcome, window, holdout percentage. Readouts show lift against account-level holdouts with confidence intervals, and say plainly when a result is not statistically ready. QR scans and CRM matchback are labeled as evidence or inference. Gifting platforms lean on attributed-revenue math; [holdout testing](https://trysincerely.com/holdout-testing) is stricter and harder to fool.
- **Starting small.** A $199 pilot mails 100 pieces. You can test the channel in a month for less than one Reachdesk seat costs in a week. New workspaces start on a free audit plan: connect your CRM, check mailability, draft pieces, no card required.
- **Address quality.** Every address is resolved, scored, and USPS-verified before print, on every plan. Suppression is immediate and global.
- **Agent access.** Sincerely runs as an MCP server, so a Claude Code or Cursor agent can build audiences and prepare campaigns, with a human confirmation gate on anything that prints or spends. Details at [/agents](https://trysincerely.com/agents).

## Pricing reality

**Reachdesk** does not publish full pricing. As of August 2026, [their pricing page](https://www.reachdesk.com/pricing) says plans start at $20,000 per year, across three tiers gated by users and regions, with a custom quote for the real number. The same page sets a $2,500 minimum order for swag sourcing. On top of the platform fee you pay for the gifts, shipping, and fulfillment, and none of those rates are published.

**Sincerely** publishes everything on [the pricing page](https://trysincerely.com/pricing). Pilot is $199 one-time for 100 pieces, all included. Core is $250/month with 150 pieces included. Starter is $500/month with 350 included. Growth is $1,500/month with 1,300 included. Past included volume, a 4x6 postcard runs $1.75 down to $1.00 depending on plan, letters $2.00 down to $1.25, print and postage included. Handwritten notes are priced per card on your plan, with the rate falling at every plan step and the exact number shown in the app. No per-seat pricing, and unused pieces roll over up to one extra month.

The gap matters most at the start. Reachdesk asks for a five-figure annual commitment before your first send. Sincerely lets you run a real, holdout-measured pilot for $199 and walk away if the lift is not there.

## The decision rule

Choose Reachdesk if your accounts are international, or the thing you want to send is a gift, swag, or an e-gift. That is their product and they are good at it.

Choose Sincerely if your accounts are in the US and the thing you want to send is mail: a postcard, letter, or handwritten note written for that specific buyer, with measurement that tells you the truth about lift. For the wider category tradeoff, read [mail vs gifting platforms](https://trysincerely.com/vs-gifting-platforms).

If you cannot tell which you need, run the $199 pilot first; a measured no after 100 pieces is cheaper than an unmeasured yes after a $20,000 contract.
